In the morning of Sept 21st 2006 a mother was talking on the phone to her family when she turned around and glanced outside and caught the sight of something familiar, her sons pajamas. After racing to the door she could see her son floating in a pond, not breathing. She immediatly called 911 where she was instructed by the dispatchers to begin CPR. The mother gave the child several breaths and the child immediatly bagan to breath. As first responders arrived the dispatchers could hear the cry of the child and felt a relief from the sound of life. Dispatchers, EMS and Fire crews were credited for saving the life of the 1 year old child and the mother was praised for her efforts to save her baby.
